Heads up! This repair shop scams customers by swapping good parts with broken ones to fabricate repair needs. After further investigation and consultation with another technician, we discovered that the original working parts had been removed and replaced with faulty ones—apparently to justify unnecessary repairs. This practice is not only unethical but also illegal.
