I walked into the shop and was greeted by a friendly front desk lady and a helpful mechanic — both were kind and professional. Within just a few minutes, the owner showed up and the tone completely changed. He spoke in a rude and dismissive way, clearly not in a good mood. It made me uncomfortable, so I left after only 3 minutes. Won’t be coming back.

Brought in my truck to get a diagnostic, they gave me a quote with reasonable prices but they quoted things that I know didn't need to be done. For example, they said I needed the master cylinder done and said it was out of fluid, there was obviously fluid in it still.
