Really impressed with these guys. My engine died on my way from LA to Seattle and I had my car towed to their parking lot. Within a couple hours of them opening the next day, they had diagnosed the problem. The car was totaled and I needed to get it scrapped, but I was already in Seattle. Over the next few days, Mike helped me get in touch with a scrapyard, coordinated title transfer, and handed my keys off to the tow truck driver for no added cost. I don't think he missed a single one of my phone calls. Thanks, Mike!

It was my first time bringing my vehicle to Pacific Car Care. I was impressed by how quickly they were able to assess what was wrong and give me a call to discuss my options. They are very professional and thorough. I will definitely be returning!

I walked into the shop and was greeted by a friendly front desk lady and a helpful mechanic — both were kind and professional. Within just a few minutes, the owner showed up and the tone completely changed. He spoke in a rude and dismissive way, clearly not in a good mood. It made me uncomfortable, so I left after only 3 minutes. Won’t be coming back.

Brought in my truck to get a diagnostic, they gave me a quote with reasonable prices but they quoted things that I know didn't need to be done. For example, they said I needed the master cylinder done and said it was out of fluid, there was obviously fluid in it still. Once it was towed back to me several lug nuts were missing and not all of them were even torqued, I could unscrew some of them with my fingers. Called too try to get it resolved and they said the tow truck driver took off my lug nuts and moved them so it could roll. I watched it get loaded and it rolled and no one touched my lug nuts. Careless liars who'll take as much as they can.

The guys at Pacific Car Car really helped me out when my brakes needed replacing. They did them on extremely short notice enabling me to complete the sale of the car the same day! Squeezing me into their busy schedule and great customer service is what saved the sale and will keep me coming back.
