I carelessly backed into a branch while parking and marked my car looking like I was keyed from front fender to taillight. Stopped in to get a quote and Johnny Slovinec came out to see, he promptly got a buffer and eliminated this scratch, offered to p, he said no, offered beer money refused reminding me of their company policy which doesn't allow tipping. I’ve been bringing my car here for over a decade. This is by far the best body shop in Portland. Weather is customer service communication during the process of repairing your car, which is never fun and sometimes very emotional for certain people this place has top-notch customer service this is my go to anytime I have an accident or I know someone that is I know exactly where to send them to or exactly where to go they’ve recently fixed two of my cars which I was an accident that were not my fault and both times the cars come back, looking factory new

Johnny was communicative and forthcoming with information. The new door to my car had to be ordered and reordered more than once because the parts arrived damaged. Johnny was helpful and kind through the process and still managed to get my car fixed by the original dates we had discussed. I would certainly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs repairs.

Someone vandalized my car out of nowhere last week. Caliber Collision was recommended to me by a family member, and they did an excellent job. Not to mention they fixed this in a week! I am super impressed with how quickly they got this done. Everything was quick and painless, especially with my rental car. I was able to leave the rental (through enterprise) with them once I picked my car up. They were super communicative every step of the way, and were even able to get my aftermarket tint job covered.
