Fix Auto Portland

This business was on the approved vendor list with my car insurance company. They did a superb job! They demonstrated excellent communication in answering all of my questions, and kept me updated throughout their process. They finished a day early and answered questions/helped troubleshoot a few unrelated issues unrelated to the repair. They went the extra mile.

Fix Auto and Jeff Carlson were fabulous to work with. They did great work, were communicative and we are very happy with the outcome. They worked directly with our insurance company making the process very easy. I would definitely use them again.

I received friendly and efficient service at Fix It Auto. They even washed and cleaned my car! This was better service than I typically get from my dealership—seriously! The staff at the rental car company also had great things to say about Fix It Auto. I highly recommend their services. Thank you, Fix It!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Fix Auto Portland after my 2012 Acura was rear-ended, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, their team provided exceptional service and professionalism. They took the time to listen to all of my concerns. I expressed how I wanted them to try and match the paint as well as possible. The quality of their work is outstanding. They made my car look brand new again, and I was particularly impressed with how perfectly they matched the silver paint. It’s as if the accident never happened. The attention to detail and commitment to excellence truly set Fix Auto Portland apart. I highly recommend Fix Auto Portland to anyone in n…

Got my repairs done much faster than I expected. Kenny was my main point of contact, and a real stand up guy to work with. Kept me updated and was nothing but kind from start to finish. I’d definitely come back here if circumstances arose again, they’ll fix you up right. Was super smooth insurance-wise too, they coordinated with my policy manager and I didn’t have to do much at all. Very smooth experience with Fix Auto.
