Comfort Auto & Body Repair

I’ve gone to Comfort Auto for car repairs twice now, and both times I had a great experience. I was able to get a quote done online so I could send it to my insurance ASAP and I was able to get my car in and get repairs started super fast. The turnaround time was so quick compared to other car repair shops, minimized rental fees significantly! They also took the time to update me and get my car detailed before I picked it up. Amazing communication, customer service, and the repairs were perfect!

I had a great experience at Comfort Auto & Body Repair - I took my car there for some repairs suggested by the Subaru of Portland where we’ve taken our car since we bought it there a number of years ago. Their estimate was ridiculously high so, for the first time since we’ve owned the car, I decided to get another quote from this company - they had great reviews and over the phone quoted more reasonable pricing. The best part however was after the tech drove and inspected my car, his opinion was that I didn’t even need the repairs recommend by the dealership! So in the end, my service with them consisted of replacing some air filters and an oil change. This is a win - win and good busin…

Daniel and his team at Comfort Auto Care are hands-down the best auto repair shop we’ve ever worked with! They recently worked on both my wife’s Honda CRV and my Ford F-150—and not only did they fix the issues quickly and thoroughly, but they also went above and beyond in every possible way. The level of service was exceptional. Clear communication, honest assessments, and quality work from start to finish. But what really blew us away? They vacuumed and detailed both vehicles—free of charge. Who does that anymore?! It’s that kind of care and thoughtfulness that sets Comfort Auto Care apart. This is more than just a repair shop. It’s a place where you’re treated like family and your vehicl…

I am so, so grateful for comfort auto. I'm new to the area and was referred by a colleague, and my car has a handful of serious issues that prevented me from passing DEQ inspections. Paul and his team were very clear in their assessments and treatment plans, and were able to do 5x more than the local Subaru dealership for the same (actually, $200 cheaper). They didn't shame me for the Awful condition of my car, and were efficient and happy to update me. Highly recommend!

These guys are legitimately the best mechanics ive ever stumbled upon. I hydroplaned and wrecked my front wheel axle drive shaft etc and these guys fixed it up buffed out everything and realigned my very old accord for a great deal. Not too long after my brakes failed and near-totaled it. They managed to take a junked version of mine and perfectly restored my beloved honda for once again a great deal. these guys know their shit inside and out and are incredibly upfront honest and kind people. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone for both regular maintenance and crash repair these guys are the best.
