They did an amazing job on my 2012 Volkswagen Passat SEL Premium. They don't even make these cars anymore. Plus I re built my whole engine I spent about 10k all together with parts and labor. This car sound brand new, plus every three months I go get a checkup and my car. There mechanics are A1. If you need you old school car fixed and any other car fixed, this is the place to go. I spent a lot of money with them so I know. They will take there time and make sure everything is A1.✌🏿 Go get your motor done old school lovers.

My car is a bit of a mess. It's got leaks. It started vibrating randomly while it was on a few days ago. Just always something every new year. These guys are so kind and took it in last minute for me. I was barely out for 2 days and can pick it up tomorrow. I appreciate their patience with me. Not to mention the fact that another mechanic would have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge and asked for more (which has happened many times with other mechanics). I'll give these guys my business as long as I'm in Portland.

TO BE HONEST IF I CAN GIVE THEM LESS THAN A STAR I WOULD!!! When I arrived to my appointment, everything seemed to be in order, I was even allowed to stay in my car which I love the most. My Chevy equinox had cap fittings over the lug nuts which started to strip a little bit not enough to wear it was in manageable cuz I did myself with home tools. After about a good 7 to 12 minutes of them banging on tool to get around my look note which was still a testimony tire at the time he shows the lug nut cap and asked if he was able to do away with it in order to get the job done I agreed, as I'm driving off of the lot I realize my limit is now out of order call them immediately and ask if the…

Alejandro is awesome! He was able to get me in and out within a few hours on the same day. I was quoted more than two times the price for the same job to fix broken studs. Best auto repair was able to save me $300-$400.

I’ve taken my Honda element to Best Auto a few times this year and I’ve appreciated the level of communication and transparency with price and service. Recently my family and I got in the Element to start a road trip and discovered the battery was dead and wouldn’t jump. I called Best at 5:30pm and Eduardo went out of his way to pick up a battery after closing the shop, brought it by our place and installed it. He really saved our trip and was generous and kind. Exceptional service.
