Very friendly mechanic shop. Great diagnostics - they give you photos and videos explaining what's happening with your car. I love getting a visual of what needs to get done. My only feedback is to top up fluids. I had to double check all my fluids were looked at and go back because they were not. However maybe this is not standard and could be my error to think so. I took my car to this shop about 4 months because I had squishy brakes. They gave a list of things to get fixed and told me the issue was my rear rotors and brakes. It did not make sense to me but had them do the brakes. When I went back and told them the issue was not fixed they told me that it was because I had not done the front brakes.
