Forced to leave the car in a line of 20+ cars because they don’t allow you to make a drop off appointment. They said 3-4 days. Called on 4th day and they said 5-6 days and that there were 26 cars ahead of me. Would be next week. Ended up just picking up the car. I have had the best experience buying my mini cooper countryman from mini of Portland. The car runs like a champ but any time I have needs the mini of Portland service team is incredible. Derek has helped me numerous times and he is thorough and so friendly. Oil changes, vehicle maintenance, anything my car needs I’m thrilled to work them.

I felt like I was part of the experience, Anna, coordinated everything. Andre sent me a full video of my car inspection so I could see exactly what he was talking about. The price was fair and they ended up keeping the car overnight. Mini of Portland, gave me a lovely loaner car and then drove the 2.5 hours to my home in Newport to bring my car to me.
