Bradshaws Auto Repair - Hawthorne

I've always gone to the same auto shop and absolutely loved their service. Never found anyone else who compares. When I moved, I tried out several different shops and was never completely satisfied, but then.... then there was Bradshaw's. They sent me the full color-coded report with every bit of information you could ever want, they talked me through what I needed to get done and what could be pushed off for a little bit. They were by far the best price, best service, and best quality. I'm thrilled

It's hard to TRUST in today's culture but Shane at Bradshaw's made it easy! He not only took care of the immediate issue (battery) but also noticed that my drivers side mirror was severely damaged. He found the OEM part and asked if he could take care of that for me as well! Super friendly service and super easy process all the way through the invoice. I'll definitely be bringing all my vehicles here!!

I've been taking my cars to Bradshaw's for four years, and every time the service is excellent. The prices are fair and the work is always done quickly and well - I've never had an issue after they've completed repairs. They're always willing to explain their recommendations, and I've never felt they were trying to up sell an unnecessary repair. Highly recommend for a no-nonsense local mechanic.

Awesome shop! Brought my car in for a battery issue and they were quick and communicative on repairs. Not only that but during the repair by radiator broke (no fault of theirs, as it had been improperly installed by my former mechanic), and they replaced and installed it free of charge. Superb service, local, and great work! I will be doing business with them for the rest of my repairs in Portland. 10/10, absolutely recommend. P.S. Special shout out to John, great guy and wicked style! 😎

Hell yea Bradshaw! called or emailed several shops around the city to help me with an install of parts I purchased. Not only did they respond quickly, they had my car in shop sooner than I thought! John was extremely helpful along with the entire crew. Really excited to find a shop like this because they didn’t turn down my request. I was more than happy to add more services to my bill and map out the next projects. They even discovered a small leak(provided photos), took care of my tires, and even tightened my short shifter! They got my hedgehog rolling! Looking forward to bringing my business here Thank you so much to the Crew at Hawthorne Bradshaw for damn fine Work and excellent service…
